"Papa Anzois" is a young Portuguese brand, born just 11 years ago, created by "Conserveira do Arade" in sunny Algarve. In such a short time, they have gained exceptional recognition, based on artisanal traditions. Each of their sardine cans contains only two or three large, carefully selected sardines, offering a melting, delicate texture and a fresh, bright skin. Their unique process involves drying the fish for 22 hours, then gently steaming and preserving them in premium olive oil.
