"Papa Anzóis" was born from the dream of reviving traditional canned seafood production in the Algarve region – the southernmost part of Portugal, renowned for its deep fishing traditions. Production takes place in the village of Parchal, historically associated with fishing and preservation, ensuring that each product is imbued with local craftsmanship and long-standing expertise.

All ingredients are locally sourced, and production is carried out in small, strictly controlled batches. An innovative dehydration process allows the preservation of the natural organoleptic properties of fresh fish – aroma, texture, and depth of flavour. The result is an exceptional seafood product that combines tradition, quality, and a modern approach to taste.
