Order
Ordering is very simple. Add the desired products to your cart and proceed to checkout, enter your details, and choose your preferred payment method. Check your email; you should receive an order confirmation within a few minutes. If you do not receive it, please write to us at support@beatashop.lt
Payment
Yes, please add your company details during the order. The confirmation email contains a link to download the invoice. If any changes are needed, please email us, and we will correct them. support@beatashop.lt
No, unfortunately we don't have that option. You can conveniently pay for the goods with bank cards or through electronic banking.

Delivery
Contact us if you don't find your desired country in the options. We will find a solution!
Our system selects locations closest to your delivery address. To get a different location, please adjust your delivery address or place an order and email us to change the DPD location.
Delivery times:
LITHUANIA: 1-3 working days (via DPD or OMNIVA)
EU COUNTRIES: 5-14 working days (via DPD)
OTHER COUNTRIES: 10-20 working days (via DPD)

Return
If the product is not suitable, you can return it within 14 days, but it must be unused and new.
If the product does not fit or is unused, you can return it 14 days after delivery. Write a letter to the address support@beatashop.lt
Once we receive your returned item, we will thoroughly inspect it. If it meets our return conditions, we will refund you to your account from which the payment was made when placing the order. The costs of returning the product are paid by the buyer and are not reimbursed.
Usually, the transfer takes up to 5 working days. If it is an international order, it may take longer in rare cases.
