In their Modica workshop in Sicily, Ciokarrua selects the finest cacao beans and roasts them gently – roasting brings out the cacao's natural aromatic notes. No sugar, no additives. Just the bean.

How to use: as a snack, sprinkled over yoghurt, porridge or granola, or crushed into desserts, cookie dough and cakes.
