Each tin contains 3–5 larger fish. Espinaler sardines stand out for their intense aroma, flavour, attractive silver appearance and excellent presentation: perfectly clean, shiny and tasty, with a soft and juicy texture. They are steamed and carefully placed in the tin by hand. There, they absorb the delicate flavour and aroma of olive oil.
