Dear friends, if you think tuna is only dry and grey – prepare for a pleasant discovery! This is true "haute couture" of canned goods. This tuna comes from the wavy Cantabrian Sea, where fishermen catch each fish in the ancient way – with a rod. No nets, just respect for nature.

What makes it special? It's prepared fresh, not frozen, so its texture simply melts in your mouth. This is a light, flaky, and incredibly juicy fish, submerged in excellent olive oil. Ideally suited for my favorite hearty salads with fresh potatoes or simply on a slice of good bread when you want a quick but royal dinner.
