This is a very spicy sauce made from hot chili peppers, lots of pineapple, and fresh ginger. It gets its heat from Suriname's "Madame Jeanette" chili peppers – aromatic, sun-grown, and hot peppers that we ferment in brine for 90 days to give them that popping, sour taste. Then it is seasoned with pineapple and fresh ginger.
No added sugar, vinegar, or preservatives.
Suitable for almost everything: pizza, pasta, grilled dishes, breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Very spicy.
