Sardines in a mild marinade (escabeche) | ESPINALER

"Espinaler" marinated sardines stand out for their characteristic intense aroma and taste, appealing silver appearance, and excellent presentation: ideally clean, bright, and delicious, with a soft and juicy texture.

The tin contains 3–5 larger fish. They are lightly steamed and carefully hand-packed into the tin. Afterwards, a delicate marinade is poured over them, giving them a new flavour.

Marinated sardines can be a great appetizer, a highlight of a light dinner, or even incorporated into a variety of recipes.
