The makers of "El Jefe" sauces describe this sauce as follows: "For a couple of years, we grew a special pepper in our small greenhouse in Amsterdam. Each year, we harvested this pepper and made a single batch of hot sauce. And then we ate it! In 2021, we made 150 bottles using the season's special chili pepper – the '7 Pot Brain Strain' pepper. This is a very hot pepper (one pepper is enough to WARM UP 7 pots of food), mixed with a little papaya, resulting in a wonderful sauce. Be warned, it's hot! We loved this sauce so much that we just kept making it. Enjoy!"
