Himalayan pink salt – one of the most valuable salts in the world.
It is famous not only for its delicate pink hue, but also for its rich mineral composition and complete absence of microplastics. This salt formed hundreds of millions of years ago, when the current deposits at the foot of the Himalayas were still washed by Jurassic oceans. Due to its natural origin, it has retained up to 84 different minerals – a true gift of nature.

ORIGIN: Himalayan salt – mineral salt, mostly extracted from the Khewra Salt Mine in Jhelum, at the foot of the Punjab Himalayas (Pakistan).

PROPERTIES:

  • Delicate pink crystals (approx. 2 mm in diameter)

  • One of the purest salts – without any chemical treatment

  • Formed 150-250 million years ago

ALLERGENS: no allergens

HOW TO USE:
Suitable for all dishes – from vegetables to baked goods – but especially delicious with grilled meat or fish. Adds a delicate mineral and naturally warm flavour.
