This rare and special red "Royal" olive oil from Spain is dark green with golden reflections. This royal olive variety was on the verge of extinction for a long time, but thanks to responsible farmers, it has been preserved and now delights lovers of exceptional olive oil. This "Elizondo" oil is made from olives harvested in early October, revealing the very best "Royal" flavor.

Tasting notes: Upon tasting, an initial softness, elegant and sweet flavor is felt, which later becomes slightly spicy on the palate. This makes this oil ideal with all dishes. Its special aroma combines notes of green banana, apple, mint, and freshly cut grass.
