We present another rare Spanish olive - "Nevadillo Blanco", from which an exceptional, flavorful oil, highly valued by food critics, is produced. This rare olive is grown in the mountainous regions of Andalusia, and its oil is characterized by a higher polyphenol content and interesting aroma combinations.

Flavor notes: The oil has a pleasant, medium-intensity flavor, combining a subtle bitterness with a medium pungency. Tasting it, you will experience notes of green grass and tomatoes, artichokes, almonds, figs, and apples. It is ideal for salads, blended vegetable soups, pasta and white fish dishes, or simply with bread.
