"Hojiblanca", an olive variety that ranks among the top three most popular in Spain, takes its name from the white leaves of the tree. It is a perfect middle ground between the mildest and most intense oils. It has a fruity and fresh taste, a light texture, with a slight hint of bitterness.

Taste notes: This medium-intensity, well-balanced oil will leave no taster indifferent. The oil reveals aromas of fresh grass, tomatoes, green apples, olive leaves, almonds, and artichokes. It is ideal with hot and cold dishes and for recipes that require uniqueness.
