The aroma of this luxurious oil will remind you of a walk in the forest: damp earth, trees, and the scent of fresh mushrooms. This oil, made from Picual olives grown in Andalusia, is enriched with black truffles found in Spain's mountainous Teruel region. Every drop of the oil is authentic.

Taste notes: The oil has a pleasant, mild, silky taste and a long finish. It doesn't overpower the dishes it's used with, but rather adds a gourmet touch. Ideal for salads, meat, egg, mushroom dishes, and with cheese.
