Early harvest "Koroneiki" olive oil is characterized by a pleasant and intense aroma of green fruits and almonds with floral notes, hints of grapefruit, apple, and banana. Upon tasting, the oil is initially sweet, followed by a medium-strength bitterness and gradually increasing pungency, which gives the oil its freshness.
