A legendary bottle, inspired by the world of perfumes and designed to highlight the rich green colour of this exceptional oil. This is an early harvest extra virgin olive oil made from still green "Picual" olives. "Elizondo Nº3 Picual" has a green fruity taste reminiscent of apple, fresh grass, tomato leaves and fig trees. The oil also boasts a perfectly balanced medium bitterness and pungency. Suitable for all dishes where oil is one of the main ingredients.

Vinegar

A dark red vinegar with character, with a silky, sweet and pleasant aftertaste. Perfect for diversifying the taste of salads and other dishes. Spain has long been famous for its sherry wine vinegar. This one was made from sun-dried Pedro Ximénez grapes and slowly aged in American oak barrels.
