Early harvest of olives picked in October. This is a blend of the best and not yet overripe oils from three Spanish olive varieties - "Arbequina", "Frantoio", and "Picual". Early autumn oil has a fresher and more intense taste, as more olives have to be used during pressing.
Taste notes: Balanced, aromatic, and fruity oil with prominent notes of freshly cut grass, green apple, artichoke, green banana, and fresh almonds. Suitable for all dishes.
