Currently managed by the third Ferrigno generation, the brand combines traditional craftsmanship with bold, modern French flavor notes. Their wild sardines are steamed and meticulously preserved in olive oil, enriched with French regional flavors such as Camargue sea salt, pissaladière style with onions and olives, or even candied lemon and ratatouille flavors. This creative combination of French flavors offers an exclusive, elegant gourmet experience, deeply connected to Provence's heritage.
