Another exceptional olive variety from Spain, "Lucio," gives us a very green oil. "Lucio" olive groves have been cultivated in the Granada region of Spain since the 11th century. They were brought to Europe from Tunisia by the Arabs who occupied the Iberian Peninsula. Most of these trees are very old and grow in remote areas. Thanks to "Supremo," the oil of these forgotten olives can now be on your table.

Taste notes: The oil has a harmonious and rich aroma, dominated by notes of green apple, green banana, olive leaves, and the bitterness of artichoke. An elegance of exotic flowers is also present. It is ideal for salads, pasta, pizza, with toasted bread, and vegetables.
