Why ducklings? Because they remind the producers of this exceptional olive oil of a wonderful childhood: their father's estate with olive groves and a lake full of ducks. The oil, made from Picual olives grown in the Sierra de Cazorla mountains and harvested early by hand, has a distinct green color with golden reflections, and is delicious and fruity.
Flavor notes: Tasting this oil, you will feel the power of freshness on your palate. The oil is of medium intensity, with noticeable aromas of ripe tomatoes, olive leaves and fresh grass, and green banana.
